Return & Refund Policy

At Mercey Collection, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

    • In its original packaging

  • To start a return, please email us at info.merceycollection@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.

  • Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made a mistake in your order.

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info.merceycollection@gmail.com

Non-Returnable Items

Some items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance items

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
