Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging
To start a return, please email us at info.merceycollection@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or we made a mistake in your order.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at info.merceycollection@gmail.com

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
